This was compiled from various recipes. We really enjoyed the glaze on this one.
Preheat oven to 350 F
Saute the onion and allow to cool
Put ground beef, sausage, breadcrumbs and parsley in a bowl.
Whisk the egg with the milk, and ketchup in small bowl and then add to the ground meat bowl
Mix the meat mixture by hand until combined but not overworked
Put mixture in a loaf pan and press down firmly
Baked for 45 minutes
Meanwhile mix together the ingredients.
After the meatloaf has baked for 45 minutes, spread the glaze on top and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
