Good all round meat poultry rub.
Amount of salt is optional. Original recipe called for a 1/4 cup of salt(way too much).
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Rub or sprinkle on meat an hour before grilling.
On large pieces of meat, such as pork shoulder, you may rub it the night before and refrigerate.
