1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray disposable, aluminum cake pan with nonstick spray.
2. Mix all of the above ingredients in large bowl. Pour mix into cake pan.
3. Lightly sprinkle sugar on top of mix.
4. Cook in oven until edges of cornbread begin to firm up and separate from pan.
You can also add a kick of bourbon to this recipe; add 1 to 2 shots bourbon to the mix above.
