Easy group breakfast dish & NO GLUTEN
Coat the casserole dish with butter.
Mix the hash browns with some melted butter and ground pepper, then place in the bottom of the dish and cook at 425 for 25 min, to form a crust.
Layer cooked ground sausage and grated cheese on top of crust.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg together.
Pour on top of hash browns, cheese & sausage.
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes
