Sweet and savory dry rub, great on flank steak
1. Mix seasoning together and store in airtight container. Yields 2 cups.
When using on Flank steak, put gloves on your hands. Place flank steak on cutting board and have 1 gallon zip lock bag ready to put steak into for marinading. Pour small amounts of seasoning onto meat and rub into the meat. Turn over and proceed to do the other side. Have seasoning cover all of steak. Place in bag and store in refrigerator for several hours (6 or more). Grill on bbq for best flavor.
