Cube the cheese loaf and put all ingredients into a stand (Kitchenaid) mixer with the paddle attachment, 1st setting until it gets incorporated, then increase speed to medium without spilling. The ground cayenne is also known as red pepper in the spice aisle, it is different in different regions I've learned when trying to purchase specific items while traveling r living in other places. Now you let the mixer mix the spread for about 30 minutes or so before you check the heat level. Add more red pepper to taste, we like at least a teaspoon in my family. Let the mixer keep going until it's smooth like whipped cream cheese or pâté. Serve with saltines, club or your favorite crackers. Trader Joe's had red pepper crackers that it was delicious on. Celery, raw carrots or other crudités, pretzels, pretzel bites, smeared on baguette or homemade bread. Can be made gluten free as long as you use a gluten free beer, AuntDrianne recommends Daura Damm, Greens, or Omission to flavor the spread well. While it is a good vegetarian choice it is not vegan. This is a great potluck dish, or to bring to a tailgate, watch party, cookout or holiday party...or just the weekend...it's yummy.
