Bake chocolate cake as directed on package. As soon as cake comes from oven, poke small hole in top and drizzle Kahlua into holes. Set 6-8 hours or over night to cool and absorb Kahlua.
Freeze Heath candy bars (after being frozen,they are very easy to smash into pieces).
Make pudding as directed on package. Place in sealed container and store in refrigerator.

Place frozen Heath candy bars (unwrapped) in plastic bag (3 bags; 4 candy bars/bag). Then smash candy bars to crumb size pieces with meat mallet or rolling pin.
Break cake into pieces, layer 1/3 of crumbs into serving bowl about 8" diameter and 6" high.
Spread layer of Chocolate mousse pudding over cake crumb layer.
Sprinkle 1 bag (4 candy bars) of candy bar crumbs over pudding layer
Add Cool Whip over candy bar crumbs.
Repeat process for two more layers, ending with Cool Whip.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
For Heath candy bars, can subsitute 12 oz bag of Heath Toffee chips and 12 oz bag of mini chocolate chips.
