This is my mom's basic chili recipe, very flexible with ability to make extra spicy or mild, depending on your tastes. It's extremely simple and easy to make and perfect for a winter day.
1. Brown ground beef.
2. Mix all ingredients and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Stir to avoid burning on the bottom.
