These creamed potatoes can be made ahead of time and either refrigerated or frozen until ready to heat up and consume!
Smash potatoes; add margarine, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and white pepper until creamy. (If the potatoes are sticky, add a little milk.) Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle paprika on top. Freeze, refrigerate, or bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
