Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Smash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl. Add the sugar followed by all other ingredients with the chocolate chips being added last.
Add the mixture into a muffin baking form made for six muffins.
Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let them cool. They are particularly good the next day.
The muffins will not turn quite as brown as they would if egg were included. However, this does not affect the taste.
