Suggest a better descriptionIn large bowl, with mixer at medium-low speed, beat confectioners sugar, butter and vanilla and 3 tablespoons milk until blended and smooth. Beat in additional milk as necessary to create an easy spreading consistency. With mixer at medium-high speed beat frosting until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Cover surface with plastic wrap until ready to use to prevent icing from drying out.
