Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan.
Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at meium speed. Stir in boiling water. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
