Depending on the size of the pickles you may wish to cut them in 1/2.
Heat the deep fryer 275
Pour the milk, flour and bread crumbs into the three different bowls. Start off with a small amount in each bowl, and add more as needed.
Dip each pickle into the milk, then into the flour. Ensure all pickles are cover completely.
Let them stand for 10 mins. Then re-dip them into the milk then the bread crumbs. Again, sit 10 mins.
Follow that step again, to make sure the bread crumbs are completely covering the pickles.
When the fryer is heated add the dills into it. Cook them for 3-5mins. Deending how dark you want the coating. If you like the insides solf, cook at the low tempature for 3-5mins, if you like the insides crunchy heat at 375 for 2-3mins
Take them out, pat them down with paper towel, let them sit or 3-5mins to cool a bit.
