Preheat lightly greased griddle over medium-low heat.
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix butter and eggs.
Pour butter/eggs into dry ingredients, alternating with water and mix thoroughly.
Pour batter, 1/4 C at a time, onto the prepared griddle.
Cook on both sides until golden brown, turning when bubbles start to form on the pancake surface.
1 C Rice milk can also be used in place of the water and powdered goats milk.
