Soft sweet sugar cookie, Good for cutouts
Mix thoroughly butter, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Blend in flour, soda and cream of tartar.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375. Roll out, cut and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 7-8 minutes.
