In a small sauce pan on Medium heat add EVOO, Onions, and Garlic. Saute until the onions are translucent. Add Green Pepper, Cilantro Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Beans, and Corn. (You can also add large diced tomatoes if you like.) Cook for 5-7 Minutes.
Whisk 2 eggs together at a time and make on Omlette with one slice of cheese inside it. Fold Over.
Cover Omlette with the tomato slices then bean mixture, sour cream, and black Olives.
