Ham and cheese omelet
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch baking dish.
Melt butter in large. frying pan, add onion and green pepper until soft (5 minutes). Stir I. Ham and continue cooking until heated through (5 minutes more)
Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Stir in Cheese and ham mixture, pour in baking dish.
Bake in oven until eggs are brown and puffy (25 minutes)
Serve warm
