In Colorado, we have Palasade fresh peaches every August. They are the best, so I'll get a box and cut them up and freeze them.
In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Add the fresh peaches and toss with the sugar. Let sit for a few hours, tossing regularly.
In a bowl, mix the bisquick and milk. In a baking pan, pour in the melted butter and make sure it covers the entire pan. Pour the bisquick mix on top of the butter and spread evenly. Spoon the sugary peaches on top but do not mix or stir.
Bake 375F for 50-60 mins.
