Heat oven to 350°F. Mix condensed milk, vanilla, lime zest of 2 limes, lime juice of 1 lime, salt and coconut until well combined.
In a glass blow, whisk egg whites on high until very stiff, about 3 min. With a rubber spatula, gently fold egg whites into the condensed milk mixture.
Wet hands, and shape mixture into 2 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake 20-25min until nicely browned. Cool on a wire rack.
