Heat oven to 350?.
1) Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar. Press in and ungreased square pan 8x 8"x2" OR 9"x9"x2" baking pan. I usually will double the rand put it into a 13"x9" pan instead.
2) Bake crust for 20 mins.
3)*** BEAT granulated sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, baking powder, salt and eggs with electric mixer on HIGH for ABOUT 3 mins. or UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY. Pour over hot crust.
4) Bake 25 -30 mins. or until no indentation remains when touched lightly in center. COOL.
