Heat oven to 350 °.
Press sugar cookie dough onto large pizza pan (15" +/-). Bake according to package directions, or until golden. (Dough can be somewhat soft in the middle; it will firm as it cools.) Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, blend cream cheese and sugar together with mixer until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
Rinse blueberries and raspberries and set aside to drain on paper towels.
Combine apricot jam and lemon juice together in a custard cup. Set aside.
Slice strawberries (saving one "perfect" large one whole for the center of the pizza), and place them individually on dinner plates. Brush, using your finger or a small pastry brush, a scant amount of the jam/juice mixture on each slice of fruit. (Glaze one plate of fruit at a time so the fruit doesn't dry out.)
Peel a couple of kiwis, and slice them into "leaves". Proceed the same as for the strawberries, above.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto cooled crust, leaving a half-inch border of crust showing.
Begin arranging the fruit around the outside edge of the crust, moving inward toward the center.
Cut and glaze more berries and/or kiwis as needed.
