Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, 1 cup oats and 6 tablespoons butter. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs as topping. Blend egg with remaining crumbs. Press into 12-inch pie pan. Bake for 12 minutes. To reserved crumbs, add 1/4 cup oats, 2 tablespoons butter, nuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread pie filling on crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
