Hard boil eggs (after they're done, run COLD water over them for several minutes); I peel them right away while they're warm (it makes the shells come off easier)
Separate yolks from eggs
Place in bowl and mash with fork
Add Hellmann's mayonnaise (a big glop) and mix together (add more if it's not creamy enough)
Add mustard (half the amount of the mayonnaise)
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
