My sister-in-law Lorrie makes the best deviled eggs. My daughter Jess loves them!
Place eggs in single layer in pan. Add cold water until 1 inch above eggs. Heat water on high just to boiling. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 15 minutes. Run eggs under cold water or put in ice water. Peel eggs and cut in half. Put yokes in the food processor. Pulse until fine. Put in a mixing bowl and add Hellman''s Mayonnaise until it''s the consistency you want. Add mustard and salt to taste.
