From my late mother's copy of "Favorite Recipes of the Aetna Girls," August, 1975 [Toledo, Ohio]. This recipe submitted by Linda Meyer, Customer Service Dept. [N. B.: I have not made this recipe.]
Blend ham with 1/4 cup pecans, cream cheese and seasonings. Chill 15 minutes and shape into roll about 7 x 1". Spread 1/2 cup pecans on waxed paper and gently press into log. Chill overnight in refrigerator to blend flavors well. Slice and serve on crackers or party rye. Makes about 24 servings.
[Note this is copied verbatim from 1975 text, and I have not made it.]
