1) Slice baguettes in half and lay out tops and bottoms on counter.
2) Apply mayonnaise and mustard. Lay pieces of sliced onion on bottoms.
3) Lay cheese on both bottoms. Lay lettuce on both bottoms. Lay slices of tomato on both bottoms.
4) Fold slices of ham and turkey to fit on bottoms.
5) Lay two slices of bacon on each bottom. Add tops to sandwiches.
6) Slice each sandwich into two pieces. Serve with chips or soup.
