Suggest a better descriptionNeed 2 dishes to dredge chicken. Stir together melted butter, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in one dish. Mix bisquick, parmesan cheese, and any additional seasonings you wish in the second dish.
Prepare boneless chicken breasts (cut off excess fat, cut into thin pieces and pound out with a meat tenderizer). Dip chicken in butter/mustard mixture then dredge in the bisquick mixture.
Place chicken on a baking sheet (spray with non-stick cooking spray and/or lined with foil). Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (turn chicken over about 20 min. in), until chicken is brown and done.
Options: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Substitute: can substitute 1 cup cracker crumbs for the bisquick if you would like.
