Chicken Oven recipe
Place Chicken in an ovenproof casserole dish, Mix all other ingredients, and pour mixture over chicken. Let stand overnight. Next day, heat oven to 350 and place casserole dish in oven for 45 mins to 1 hour. Serve with white rice.
**you can leave the chicken in whole pieces or I cut it up in chunks and right before I am going to take it out of the oven I add chunks of pineapple or I serve the pineapple at the table as a side.
