This is a French styled Dijon Mustard
Grind Yellow Mustard seeds with a spice-mill. Place Mustard Powder & Seeds in a bowl. Next add the water blending it well. Let rest for 3 hours so water can absorb the mustard powder.In a blender, place all indigents and process until smooth mixture. Let rest overnight at room temperature.
