Spread the mustard on both sides of the pork chops. Place in greased 9x13 casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs and pepper. Press into the top sides of the chop. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear and topping is light brown.
