Whisk wine into mustard in a small bowl until well blended. Return to saucepan; add honey, oil, salt and pepper sauce. Bring to a boil and boil gently for 10 minutes to blend flavors and thicken slightly, stirring frequently. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
