Cook pasta. Drain. Rinse under cold water. In large bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, dill, vinegar, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Toss.
I've used imitation crabmeat to make it less expensive a dish. Can also cut calories by using low fat mayonnaise, sour cream and fat free milk. Cut sodium by not putting salt in the pasta water.
