Bake in 375 degree oven for about ½ hour.
Sautee onions and mushrooms.
Add the sauce and simmer together.
Optionally, add squash and/or miso for thickening and richness
Add Oregeno (or Basil or Marjoram)
Simmer for a while.
For Parmesan substitute, mix bread crumbs and yeast in Cuisinart with a touch of water.
Cook brown rice pasta according to directions and serve with sauce.
