Preheat oven to 375F
1. Boil Pasta Shells and shock with cold water then set aside
2. Cook HALF the Onions and Peppers in Vegetable oil on medium heat skillet until soft
3. Add Garlic to skillet and cook for a minute longer
4. Add Ground Beef, break apart and cook until brown
5. Add Dinosaur BBQ/Mutha Sauce and season with 1-1/2 tsp of salt/pepper
6. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat and cook remaining peppers and onions until soft
7. Add flour and whisk fast until blended, add milk half-and-half in as you go; Remove from heat once bubbly and thick
8. Add 2 cups of cheddar, Parmesan, mustard, and remaining 1-1/2 tsp of salt/pepper
9. Add preffered amount of tobasco/hot sauce and fold in with the pasta shells
10. Grease up 9x13 Pyrex and pour beef mixture in, then add mac and cheese on top
11. Bake for 30-45min or until cheese sauce bubbles around edges
12. Rest for 15 minutes before serving
