Mix first 4 ingredient together.
????Add: 1 1/2 Tbl liquid soy lecithin. (Don't measure, Just eyeball it cause it is very very sticky) just squeeze into center of flour mixture then add 2 cups hot water and mix.
You want dough to be a little tacky but not wet. Once you get texture you want (add water if dry, flour if too wet) let mix for 5 minutes.
