Blend all ingredients (except Chia Seeds) until Garlic & Onion are liquefied. Stir in Chia Seeds.
Chill and use as a dip for fish sticks and / or drizzle over salad.
I usually substitute Udo's Oil instead of Olive Oil to increase the nutrition value.
(Tip: The Chia seeds will emulsify as it sits and will thicken the sauce. So keep that in mind when deciding how many seeds to add )
