This was my sisters broccoli recipe and I modified it by substituting some of her ingredients with some of my favorite things.
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
In small bowl mix Mayo, vinegar and sugar until blended well. Pour over other ingredients and mix well. Add bacon just before serving.
