Puerto Rican Egg Nog
*In a large pot add Coconut water and spices. Allow this to marinate for 5 minutes on medium heat
*In the meantime, remove the peal of the lime and place in blender with the Bacardi. Blend for 2 minutes.
*Strain the Bacardi mixture and place to the side
*Place you egg yolks in a bowl and squeeze the juice of the lime into it. Whisk this together and add to your pot
*Add remaining ingredients one at a time remembering to stir in between each ingredient.
*Allow the mixture to develop for 2-5 minutes stirring throughout the time period in slow circular motions.
*Place the mixture in the blender with the Bacardi mixture and blend for 1 minute.
*Once blended strain into a container and allow to sit in the fridge.
Allow the drink to develop overnight in the fridge. It will allow the lime to settle in and complete the flavor. Served chilled with dessert.
