Next add white wine, if cooking with prawns or chicken add now, let simmer for 2 mins or if using prawns or chicken simmer untill cooked. Add whipping cream, and then parm cheese, increase heat to max, boil hard for 2 mins, in bowl whisk cornstarch and water together, or what I do is in a squeeze bottle add water and cornstarch together and shake well, then add untill sauce reaches the thickness you need. Last but not least add 8 oz - 10 oz of half and half fett noodles and spinach noodles cooked el dante'. Enjoy D.J.
