Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 375. Grease 13x9 pan.
Layer hm,m potatoes, pepper, onion & 1 cup of cheese in pan. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper & eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover & refrigerate @ leat 4 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs.
Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until golden brown around edges and cheese is melted.
Let stand 10 minutes.
