Easy bread mix for pizza bases and buns
Mix all ingredients
Knead for as long as you can be bothered (or not at all)
Leave for many hours (> 6 and < 24 hours)
Handling it gently, tip onto floured surface, cut into 12 pieces, shape lightly into buns and slash top with knife
Bake 25 mins in a VERY hot oven ( >= 250C)
For best results have a tray of water in the oven to increase humidity
Long rising time
Very hot humid oven
