Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Grate carrot and finely chop parsley
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough, add water bit by bit so as to not over wet.
Put out onto bench and roll out
Cut into bit sizes and place on greased oven tray
Put into oven until golden brown approx 15 minutes
Whole wheat and linseed can be substituted for any other grain or even wheatbix
Parsley and carrot qty can vary, use water to balance out consistency
Any type of oil will do
Double mixture takes 900g flour
