1. Prepare the meats. Brown meats in oil. Pierce the sausage before cooking. Set meats aside
2. Prepare Meatballs. see meatball recipe
3. Prepare the gravy. Saute garlic in olive oil in the same skillet used for the meat. Add the tom paste and cook 3 mins. In a large saucepot combine the remaining ingreds except the meat and tom paste mixture. When
the mixture begins to bubble add all the meat and the tom paste mixture. Stir every 15mins. Simmer 3hrs adding water if neccessary. Keep lid slightly askew.
