Suggest a better descriptionSeason chicken breast and pan fry in small amount of butter and olive oil. I use salt, pepper and Prudohmme's Poultry Magic. Make yours more or less spicy. Cut into bite size pieces. Combine all salad ingredients. Top with chicken. Add dressing and toss. Enjoy!
