Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Place the meat in a roasting pan.
Pour the peppers and juice over the roast.
Put it the oven.
Go watch the football game or something.
Every now and then, check to make sure the meat isn't drying out.
When the meat can be pulled apart with a fork (5-6 hours), it's done.
Place on sandwich bun topped with Monterey Jack cheese and melt in microwave.
