Pour milk, half & half, or milk-cream mixture into a measuring cup, add the vinegar. Give it a stir and let sit for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the mayo and sour cream together. Add the Worcestershire, mustard, garlic and crumbled blue cheese. After 10 minutes stir in the milk mixture thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate. Enjoy!
