Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour half of the water eggs and a sour cream add to yogurt in a large bowl. Stir vigorously to incorporate the eggs.
Slowly stir in remaining water until a dough begins to form. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead gently lifting dough to stretch.
Continue working doll for about 3 minutes. When kneading dough is complete leave on counter and turn a ball over and let it rest for 30 minutes allowing any gluten which may have developed to rest. Wild always resting you can prepare the fillings.
