My youth pastor's famous Queso. No matter the miles or years, eating this Queso makes me feel safe and at home all because of that house on Ventura street.
1. Brown ground beef. Season with salt, pepper & garlic. Add chopped green chilis.
2. When brown, add Velveeta. Cut into smaller squares so it will melt faster. Stir constantly so it does not burn.
3. When just about melted add Rotel.
4. When just about all incorporated, add cream of mushroom soup. No water just the condensed soup. Reduce the heat & stir until all the cheese is melted.
