1. Add yeast and warmed milk. Dissolve.
2. Add rest of ingredients and mix for 3 minutes (minimum) withv a stand mixer
3. Transfer to an oiled bowl and let rise for 90 minutes
4. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness
5. Use Donuts cutter. put them on parchment paper
6. Let ride for 15 min. or until "puffy"
7. Fry in oiol at 32o deg. F.
