Slow-cooker beef stew
Cut the chuck steak into 1-inch chunks if you didn't buy it pre-cut.
Add steak chunks, seasoning, and Au Jus mix to a slow-cooker.
Cook on medium for 3 hours.
Coarsely chop the pepper and onion and add to the slow-cooker.
Cook on medium for 1 more hour. This keeps the veggies from cooking into mush.
